HYDRA Login Support
HYDRA uses a rich user interface to increase efficiency and usability. The controls
used to create this interface are optimized for a specific group of web browsers.
To login to HYDRA Back Office you must use a supported web browser. HYDRA will notify
you if your web browser is not supported.
Supported Browsers:
- Safari 5 or greater
- Internet Explorer 7 or greater
- Firefox 2 or greater
To Login enter your Company ID, Username, and Password into the login form. For
users accessing HYDRA from a public, or shared computer, we recommend selecting
"Shared Computer (CompanyID/Username will not be saved)" prior to logging in.
If you have forgotten your password please use the "Forgot Your Password?" link
to retrieve it.
